New Year, New body? I really try to not fall into the hype because change, be it physical or mental, shouldn't be confined to a particular time of year. Everyday that you wake up is another opportunity to start or finish up a goal or just be BETTER than before! I've actually been really into fitness the last couple years, but fell off tremendously when I became ill last September. Per Dr's orders, I allowed my body to recover fully and received the go-ahead to start my fitness regimen up again the last week in December. YAY!! Who gets this excited about sweating and body aches? ME!!
