I never do round ups of my favorite posts, so I figured I would start recapping either all the fits for the month or my favorites. This Closet Collection will be for the months of April + May since there aren't as many for this month alone. Over the last few weeks, the weather has changed for the better which enabled me to get out and get more outfits shot in the elements! Being outdoors in beautiful weather always takes me to my happy place. I don't understand how I've lived in Michigan all my life with our bipolar weather cycles. Anyways, on to the April/May closet!
Hey guys! A little while has passed since I've done a wig post and a VERY long time since I've done a wig review for a company other than RPG Show! I made a video a long time ago explaining why I was restricting the amount of companies I would work with for reviews, but now I am trying to release the reigns a little to give my YouTube and Blogger viewers more options (and my honest opinion)!
It's been a while since I've done a haul from a site like Miss A. It's kind of one of those sites that you can get (almost) all of your beauty items from at once and the great thing is that everything is $1! You really can't beat that. I got tons of things from a couple jewels for me to a jewel for my phone!
Happy Monday + Memorial Day Loves! Went out this past weekend and shot pics of this beautiful dress. I'd been eyeing this one at JustFab for a while but I didn't realize that it had tiny horizontal stripes on it! Silly me, lol. I actually thought it was a heather grey or grey of some sort, so it was a surprise when it arrived. Luckily a pleasant one. Taking one for the (my) team for not reading before leaping.
Happy Friday everyone! Today, I am teaming up with Toya from In Her Heels to bring you guys some style inspo for those oh so Casual Fridays! Toyas' look is jean chic, while mine is coffee-house glam (I totally made that up! I just need my Mocha Frap), but as you can see, we both are still stylish while keeping it comfortable! Come in and take a more in-depth look at our Casual Friday!
this recipe + thought "It sounds fairly simple to make + oh, so delicious, let me give it a try!!"
What better way to spend a Saturday morning that hubby has to work than trying on new clothes! Caryss + I went to the mall this morning to shop for HER (not I) some warm weather clothing! This child is growing so fast that she has pretty my sprouted out of ALL of her summer gear, so time to start replenishing!
You know how you see women out and about running errands in their workout clothing? I used to be one of those people that DESPISED that until I started working out and almost have the same amount of workout gear as regular clothing! What's funny is the evolution of "the workout wardrobe" and how it's been revamped to wear in social situations without anyone knowing.
The days here in Michigan have been quite pleasant, temperature-wise. We've had our mix of sun & rain, along with a few 80 degree days, which has been so much fun to be out in! I am a warm-natured person all around and once the weather starts breaking, it brings me to my happy place. Also, it means it's time to spring up my closet a little with a few new pieces!
Fabletics and as a challenge, we were inspired to make up a "mock"tail for Cinco de Mayo this month. I headed straight to Pinterest because I don't drink, so I wouldn't even know how to make an actual cocktail, let alone a "mock"tail. As soon as I searched "mocktails", the first one to come up was this Virgin Sangria. It looked delish, so I had to try it! I'm glad I did!
